Scavenge

When you Scavenge, draw a card from the Scrap Pile. When there are no cards left in the Scrap Pile, add a random Junk item instead. At the start of combat, add a Junk Item to your Scrap Pile for each card with Scavenge in your deck.

Tidal effects are triggered whenever the Tide changes. The Tide always changes at the Start of your Turn.

persistent

Cards with Persistent don't get discarded at the end of the turn and cannot be Buried.
