Add a stack to Hemogoblin for each point of Bleeding you inflict. Start of Turn: Make a Basic Attack for every 10 stack.

Bleeding

When dealt damage, take 1 additional damage per stack of Bleeding, then reduce Bleeding stacks by 1.

Basic Attack

Play a copy of your basic weapon attack.
